Back to draft. I'm thinking in opening a survey issue, here or in doc-base, asking if translations see value into having to update the revtag each time this file is changed, to gain diffs, or if it is better to mark this file as do-not-translated, so they are not bothered with this chore. |

As noted in #5722 , I may leave this issue open a few weeks or months, to see if translations chime in. In the case of silence, the course of action will be:

English is not my first language. The singular fix in last line seems correct to me (entities are unique), but not in the first line. as one entity may exist in more than one file.

Some translations are copying the file contents. Let's reinforce the message. If this fails, there is an option of marking this file as do-not-translate.
